BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE. OnTIME DRIVING SERVICES LLC, RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO MODIFY, ALTER OR UPDATE THESE TERMS OF USE. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH MODIFICATIONS, ALTERATIONS, OR UPDATES.

Reservations:

We recommend that our clients reserve a vehicle ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a vehicle at the time of pick up. We may be able to provide you with a vehicle at short notice by phone or text upon availability. A valid credit card is required to be held on file to make ANY reservation with OnTime Driving Services LLC. Cancellations prior to 24 hours will not incur any cancellation fees. Cancellations less than 24 hours, will incur a $50+ fee at the discretion of OnTime Driving Services LLC depending on the timing of the cancellation. This applies to any and every trip canceled within 24 hours of the trip, without any exceptions, regardless of hardships or unforeseen instances.

No-Shows:

If you do not see your driver at a certain pickup point, you MUST call 848-200-8347 prior to leaving. We will assist in directing you to your chauffeur. If you leave without calling, you will be billed for the full price of the ride (or a no-show fee). Upon your scheduled pickup time, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes at regular pickups and up to 60 minutes at airport pickups. If you have not arrived, we will call you on your provided phone number. If we do not get a response, the driver will leave. You will be billed for the FULL PRICE of the ride plus any waiting time charges. If you will be late, you must call the office to authorize this wait. If we do not hear from you after the time frame, we will contact you again; if no contact is made, you will get billed full price for the ride, plus the waiting time. If you cannot locate your Driver, Please call 848-200-8347.

Diverted And Canceled Flights:

OnTime Driving Services LLC will monitor the flight until the vehicle is dispatched. If the flight is delayed after that point, there may be additional wait charges. If the flight is cancelled or diverted, there may be a fee at the discretion of OnTime Driving Services LLC. This will depend on the timing of the notification.

Damages Resulting From Passengers:

OnTime Driving Services LLC will charge you the cost of cleaning the vehicle due to you or your authorized party damaging the vehicle. This damage includes “throw up”. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to return the vehicle to normal working condition.
If the vehicle is put out of commission due to damages resulting from your party, you will be responsible for compensating OnTime Driving Services LLC for lost revenue until the vehicle is returned to service.

Alcohol consumption:

By law, alcohol consumption is permitted ONLY in vehicles with a divider between driver and passengers.
Alcohol is PROHIBITED in standard vehicles without a divider/partition between the passengers and the driver.

Food and Drinks:

There are NO open container foods allowed in all OnTime Driving Services LLC Vehicles and Only Bottled Drinks are allowed.

Collection Fees:

You agree to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses, and disbursements for all actions taken prior to, during, and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments due in cases of non-payment.

Pricing Errors and Glitches:

While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date pricing, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. OnTime Driving Services LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for services listed at the incorrect price.

Itemized Invoices:

Corporate clients with established corporate accounts, Itemized invoices will be sent regularly as “Due upon receipt” at the end of each month.
Individual accounts and personal profiles, Itemized invoices are sent only when requested.

Payment Due Date:

Corporate clients – All payments should be received no later than 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed on in the contract.
Individuals – All payments should be received immediately upon completion of the ride.

Hourly Rates:

Packages of Vehicles rented hourly. (Restrictions Apply)

  • Hourly services provided have a 4 hour minimum.
    • Unless a different agreed upon time minimum during the booking confirmation
  • Hourly charge is calculated based on the time the vehicle is scheduled to pick up in the designated area to when the vehicle drops off in the designated area.

Waiting Time:

OnTime Driving Services LLC provides a 15 minute grace period is granted for all pickups. After the grace period ends the charges will accrue from the original pick up time. Waiting time will be charged at 1-minute increments ($1.00/minute) after the grace period, wait time and additional charges are subject to taxes, tip, and surcharge. This does not apply to pickups at the airport.

Timing Errors

You are responsible for allowing enough time to arrive at your destination when you book your service. Any issues that occur from a timing error (including traffic) based on your requested pickup and/or drop off time will be at the cost of the client. We do not take responsibility for your timing errors and you will be charged the full service fee regardless.
OnTime Driving Services LLC suggests you plan to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to the departure time for Domestic Flights and 3 hours prior for International Flights.

Stops:

Price per stop is $20. Courtesy stops, such as briefly leaving the vehicle to use the restroom, do not incur extra charges. However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges. Additionally, any requested stops or errands while the client is not present within the vehicle will incur an additional charge.

Tolls:

Tolls are included in our pricing.

Gas:

Gas is included in our pricing.

Luggage:

OnTime Driving Services LLC is not responsible for damage to luggage or the contents in the luggage.

Parking:

An additional $25 (plus parking cost) will be charged for any pickups that require the driver to park and leave the vehicle.

Gratuity:

A Tip (gratuity) is not added to any trips. Customers are encouraged to tip at their discretion based on satisfaction with the services provided. If the customer completes a ride and does not leave gratuity without acknowledging such, an assumed 20% will be added to the bill.

Baby Seats:

OnTime Driving Services LLC does not provide or install car/booster seats. However, you are more then welcome to install your car seat within our vehicle. We will then store the seat for you at a flat rate or $20 per car seat. Please mention that you will be using and/or storing a baby seat when you place your reservation.

Service Error:

In the event of a vehicle breakdown or Service Error, OnTime Driving Services LLC will make every attempt to provide a replacement vehicle that is equivalent to the original reservation. OnTime Driving Services LLC cannot be held liable for missed reservations/appointments due to a service error.
