Why should I choose OnTime?

Almost all of our drivers are active or retired Law Enforcement, Firemen or First-Aid members. We provide quality and honest service that is sure to bring you peace and relaxation. What does it cost?

Pricing is based on your pick-up location. However, CLICK HERE for a list of our current pricing.

What areas do you cover?

Mainly we cover Monmouth and Northern Ocean County. However, we are available for other areas upon request. Additionally, we will drop you off wherever you choose within the continental United States.

How far will you travel?

We travel wherever you need to go. Long-haul trips may effect pricing.

What types of vehicles do you use?

We pride ourselves on using top of the line vehicles. Most commonly we use Chevrolet Suburbans, Chevrolet Traverses and Ford Transit 11 Passenger Vans.

How early should I get to the airport?

We always follow the airport recommendations. This is usually 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior from international flights. 

BE ADVISED, when you book with us, you provide the pick-up time. Therefore, you are responsible for providing enough time to arrive at the airport. Any questions please feel free to text us 848-200-8347

Are you available on holidays?

Absolutely, we operate 24/7/365. 

Are prices different on holidays?

Yes, cetain holidays do require a small surcharge. CLICK HERE to see our pricing. 

What days and times are you available?

We are available 24/7/365.

Do you provide car seats?

No, however you can install your own car seat within our vehicle. We will then store the car seat until your return at a nominal fee.

How many stops can I make during my ride?

As many as you would like. Each additional stop is a $20 fee no matter where the stop is located.

What if I have to cancel my trip?

Cancellations prior to 24 hours will not incur any cancellation fees and you will be issued a full refund.

Cancellations less than 24 hours, will incur a $50+ fee at our discretion. This applies to any and every trip canceled within 24 hours of the trip, without any exceptions, regardless of unforeseen instances.  Terms and Conditions
